3. Booking and Payment

  • All lesson packages must be paid in advance.
  • Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes when required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect already purchased packages.

Access to classes is granted only after payment has been successfully received.

4. Lesson Validity

Lesson packages must be used within a specific validity period, communicated at the time of purchase.

Unused lessons after the validity period:

  • Are non-refundable
  • Cannot be transferred unless explicitly agreed

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson if:

  • Notice is given at least 24 hours in advance

If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the lesson:

  • The lesson will be considered used and non-recoverable

If Spanish con Rodet must cancel a lesson:

  • The lesson will be rescheduled at no extra cost

6. Refund Policy

Because the services provided are digital educational services, the following applies:

  • Refunds are not offered once a lesson package has started
  • Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, at our sole discretion, and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe

7. Student Responsibility

Students agree to:

  • Attend lessons on time
  • Participate respectfully
  • Use the materials only for personal educational purposes

Disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services without refund

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the lessons, including:

  • PDFs
  • Exercises
  • Audio content
  • Teaching resources

are the exclusive property of Spanish con Rodet and:

  • May not be shared, copied, or distributed
  • Are for personal use only

9. Limitation of Liability

Spanish con Rodet provides educational guidance but:

  • Does not guarantee specific learning results
  • Is not responsible for:
    • Technical issues outside our control
    • Internet connection problems
    • Third-party platform failures
